NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — Police say they found more weapons, including an assault rifle, in a car owned by a man they say gunned down his younger brother outside their family business in New Haven and fatally shooting himself before their parents in their Westport home.

The New Haven Register reports that police recovered an assault rifle in the car of Daniel Shwisha, another handgun and ammunition.

Police say they traced the car the 44-year-old Shwisha drove to his parents to a rental company and located his personal car parked nearby.

His older brother, 45-year-old Gordon Shwisha, was killed Monday after arriving at the family business, Electrix.

Police say Daniel Shwisha was fired or otherwise forced out of the operation of the business and believed his parents took the elder son's side in the dispute.
