GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A woman has been arrested after she used her cane to beat her husband over the head, police said.
Police say that Maria Pecor, 51, was arrested Tuesday evening after she struck her husband in the head with a cane.
It is believed that Pecor and her husband were arguing when she took out her cane and hit her husband with it.
Pecor was charged with 3rd degree assault and disorderly conduct.
She is scheduled to appear in court today.
