SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH)-- A woman who was appearing in South Windsor court Thursday on burglary charges, was charged with another burglary during the booking process.
Officers discovered blank checks and jewelry in the possession of 25-year-old Sarah Myette. Police say the items came from a burglary in Andover that happened the day before.
Police say during an interview with Myette, she changed her story several times of how she came in possession of the items.
Myette was arrested at the Manchester Superior Court and charged with larceny by possession.
Myette was originally being booked on burglary and larceny charges that stemmed from an October 2012 investigation involving a burglary at Little Taste of Texas on Oakland Road.
Police are still investigating Myette's role in the Andover burglary and she is being held on $76,000.00 bond.
