BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (CT Post) -- A woman stopped for motor vehicle violations Wednesday night allegedly told police that her brother is a cop and a relative is a judge, and that she would get the charges against her dropped.
Ima Flores, 52, of Maple Street had been seen driving the wrong way on the one-way Cedar Street, according to the incident report, and then got out of her car to talk to a driver at a red light.
After officers turned on their lights and siren, Flores got back in her car and attempted to drive away, police said. When she was stopped a short distance away on East Main Street, Flores allegedly refused to get out of her car.
