SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) -- A farm worker was arrested after police say he tried to break into a home while on his lunch break.
On July 2, a woman reported a man tried to kick in the back door to her home on Main Street in South Windsor. Police were able to identify him as 34-year-old Kenneth Delgado, who was working on a nearby farm.
Officers suspect Delgado tried to break into the home while he was on his lunch break.
After the incident, Delgado was picked up by family members. He was arrested on Monday morning, when he returned to work.
He was charged with second degree criminal attempt to commit burglary. He was held on a $10,000 surety bond.
