Near collision on Metro-North line

    Danbury, Conn. (WTNH) - It was a close call on the Metro-North Danbury line Friday evening.

    One train was heading southbound, another headed northbound when they brushed against each other, a Metro-North spokesperson says. It happened near the Branchville station around 10pm.

    No injuries have been reported. About two dozen passengers on both trains were put on buses.
