DARIEN, Conn. (WTNH) - A Darien woman turned herself into police after realizing there had been a warrant out for her arrest.
Margaret Rague,61, of 63 Dubois Street in Darien has been wanted by police on breach of peace charges since Dec.14. 2011.
According to police, Rague was involved in an altercation that took place at a restaurant in Darien. She is the organizer of an Occupy Protest held in Darien.
On Jan.6, Rague was charged with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer. During the processing Rague refused to be fingerprinted. At that point she was charged with refusing to be fingerprinted.
Rague has been released on a promise to appear in regard to the breach of peace arrest. Her court date is Jan.16.
In regards to the refusal to fingerprint, Rague was issued a $5,000 bond and a court date for Jan.16. She posted bond and has been released.
