BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (CT Post) -- State police cited the driver of a tractor-trailer that rolled over on exit 27A of Interstate 95 north Wednesday morning, though the Georgia man escaped serious injury in the wreck.
Jeffrey Williams, 43, of Riverdale, Ga., was driving too fast for conditions when he swung the tractor-trailer he was driving around northbound exit 27A -- which loops back over the interstate and connects to Route 8 north -- causing the vehicle to roll over, a state police news release states.
