Firefighters battle bathroom blaze

WESTPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- Firefighters battled a bathroom blaze in a Westport home Monday night.

The fire broke out shortly after 7 p.m., at a home located on Broadview Road.

Upon arrival, light smoke could be seen coming from the rear of the building.

The fire was discovered in a bathroom off a first floor bedroom.

Officials said renovations were being made to the bathroom at the time of the fire.

All of the residents were out of the house by the time firefighters arrived.

No injuries were reported.
