BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- A basketball star took his anti-bullying campaign to Bridgeport today.
Wun The Shot Versher, of the Harlem Globetrotters stopped by the Thomas Hooker school.
He talked to the students about the 'A-B-C's to stop bullying that includes taking action, being compassionate and speaking up.
"I think its good for the kids to know that someone like him has gone through it, ya now? So it's good, yeah," said 8th grader Aileen Barney.
The full Globetrotter team will be playing at Harbor Yard on Friday, February 22.
