Jeep fire lights up highway

Norwalk, Conn. (WTNH) - A woman driving to Massachusetts pulled over on I-95 in Norwalk when her Jeep caught fire.

She pulled over around 4:30 a.m. on Monday morning when smoke began to flood the car.

Police say she was able to pullover in the breakdown lane and get out safely.

The woman was driving from the Bronx to Massachusetts in her Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Firefighters arrived on the scene and were able to put out the flames.
