EASTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- The owner of an Easton horse farm, charged with animal cruelty, has been ordered to get immediate medical attention for three more horses.

76-year old Appollonio Vittorio was set to get special probation during a court appearance last week, but the judge strong suggested that he withdraw his application for accelerated rehabilitation. This was after the judge learned about the conditions of the other horses.

The owner of the Pee Wee Horse Farm was arrested back in January after nearly two dozen horses with untreated medical conditions were found on the farm.
