Police: missing teen may be headed to NJ

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- A silver alert has been issued for a missing teen from Bridgeport who police say may be headed out of the state.
Franchesca Mones, 14, is described as a white/Hispanic female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 110 lbs.
Mones has been missing since September 10th. She was last seen wearing her school uniform, which consists of a white shirt, navy pants, and a dark sweater.
Police say she may be en route to New Jersey.
