Saying farewell to Bridgeport bishop

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- There was a celebration and a farewell Saturday to the longtime leader of the Bridgeport Archdiocese.

Hundreds of catholics came together at Saint Augustine Cathedral Saturday evening to see and hear Bishop William Lori lead them in prayer for the last time.

Bishop Lori is off to Baltimore to serve as Arch Bishop there.
