GREENWICH, Conn. (WTNH) -- If you walk the halls of Greenwich High School and you think you are seeing double, or even triple, there's good reason.
There are 62 sets of twins. Eighteen alone in the class of 2015, plus a triplet or two.
"I didn't realize how many twins we had. Yeah same," said Colin and Trevor Ingraham.
It's a record breaker. The 18 sets of twins alone break a Guinness world record for the most twins in a high school class.
"I think it's cool to have a record no matter what it is, have twins in school," said Matt and Mark Lodato.
Wednesday was the first time they were all together in one room. So News 8 seized the opportunity to find out what it's like to be one of two or in some cases, three.
"It's not as cool as people think. People think you can switch places and it doesn't always work. Everyone asks if u have brain powers, no," said Alex and Megan Slabbert.
"The telepathy thing doesn't really work. We've tried," said Nicholas and Margot Hasty.
"We trade positions of pitcher so it gets people confused. And we like to switch classes too. April fools day every class," said Colin and Trevor.
If other twins were to pull the same prank it would have many teachers' heads spinning. That's because altogether there are 62 sets of twins roaming through the high school.
Ask anyone in the classroom and they'll tell you there's no one better to roam the halls, or life with than a twin.
"It's pretty cool to have a twin just to always have someone there, you're never really alone," Matt and Mark said.
"Having someone always there for you, knowing you all time," Colin and Trevor said.
