Silver alert for Danbury teen

DANBURY, Conn. (WTNH)-- A silver alert has been issued for a Danbury girl that has been missing since Friday.

Police say Jessica Lucero, 16, was last seen at her home on 44 Osbourne Street, around 2:30 PM yesterday. She left a note stating that she wanted to be left alone and told her parents not to call her friends or the police.

Lucero is described as a Hispanic girl with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 lbs.

She was last seen wearing a red sweater, black North Face jacket and a black cap.
