Silver alert issued for missing teen

Brookfield, Conn. (WTNH) - A silver alert has been issued for a missing teen from Brookfield.

Henry Ralph Manning, 17, was last seen Friday, March 9th, in Milford, at the mall.

Manning is described as a white male, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 135 lbs.

Manning has one inch gauge piercings in his ears, tiny scars on his upper lip from previous piercings, and scars on his wrists and legs.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue American Eagle hooded zip up sweatshirt, black and grey checkered basketball shorts, purple and black argyle socks, and black leather boat shoes.

Police said Manning has an intellectual disability.
