Woman found bleeding in Greenwich driveway

GREENWICH, Conn. (WTNH) -- A woman was taken to the hospital after a she was found bleeding in Greenwich Sunday.

Around 6 p.m., police responded to the area of 245 Milbank Ave. after receiving a report of a woman bleeding at the end of the driveway, near the road.

The woman suffered several lacerations to both an arm and leg.

The woman was taken to the Stamford Emergency Room for non-life threatening injuries, where she was committed for further evaluation.

Police are investigating the circumstances revolving how the woman suffered her injuries, but believe there is no threat to the surrounding community.
