31-year-old woman missing from Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A silver alert has been issued for a 31-year-old woman from Hartford.

Ruth Nelson was last seen on Feb. 22 at her residence in Hartford. She was last seen wearing all black clothing, black shoes and a black knit cap.

Nelson has black hair, brown eyes, is 5'9'' and weighs 125 lbs.
