Hartford, Conn. (WTNH) - If you're still driving with a cell phone in one hand, you may soon be holding a ticket in the other.
Thursday Hartford police, State Police and surrounding cities announced the second wave of their distracted driving campaign.
It is against the law to talk on a hand-held cell while driving in Connecticut. More than 36-hundred tickets were handed out during the first wave of the program.
