Additional Perez resignations

    Hartford, Conn. (WTNH) - Former Hartford mayor Eddie Perez has submitted additional letters of resignation to the city clerk's office.

    In a letter dated June 30th, Perez resigned from the Hartford Board of Education and the School Building Committee.

    Perez was found guilty almost two weeks ago on multiple corruption charges. He resigned his position as mayor this past Friday.

    Perez plans to appeal his guilty convictions.
