Bomb squad on the scene in Enfield

ENFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- The State Police Bomb Squad was on the scene in Enfield Monday afternoon.

The incident occurred in the area of New King St. and Pearl St.

After receiving a call about grenades at that location, investigators focused on a garage attached to an apartment building.

There is no word on if the grenades posed a threat.
