HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - State police have charged a Bristol man with reckless driving after clocking his Mercedes at 120 mph in Haddam

Police say they pulled over 26-year-old Marques Moody in his 2006 Mercedes CLK 500 on Route 9 at about 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Police say Moody told them he was trying to catch a cousin, who was ahead of him on the highway.

Moody was being held Monday in lieu of $5,000 bond.
