Capsized boat dumps several in CT River

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A capsized both left six or seven people in the Connecticut River, but they were all pulled out safely.

Rescue teams were called into action on Saturday at the Riverfront Dragon Boat and Asian Festival in Hartford.

The teams pulled six or seven competitors out of the water and everyone was okay.

More than 70 teams and 1,900 paddlers competed in the annual festival on the Connecticut River.
