West Hartford, Conn. (WTNH) - More than 100 workers at Colt Manufacturing in West Hartford had to be evacuated Friday morning after dangerous levels of gas filled the building.

A forklift knocked a heating unit to the floor around 8:15 a.m., causing natural gas to escape from a pipe.

The man gas line was turned off as a precaution.

No one was hurt and everyone returned to work a short time later.
