West Hartford, Conn. (WTNH) - A Hartford man is facing voyeurism charges after he admitted to police that he placed a camera in the men's bathroom at a Starbucks store.

It happened at the West Hartford store on Albany Avenue. A customer found the camera hidden under the sink and brought it to the attention of the store manager, who in turn called police.
Police were able to pinpoint a suspect, 51-year old Paul Deveau. During questioning, he admitted to his involvement in the incident and he was arrested.
Numerous computers and data storage devices were seized from Deveau and police say those items indicate that this isn't the first time Deveau has hidden a camera in a men's restroom.
Although investigators won't detail how they linked the camera to Deveau, they have charged him with 12 counts of voyeurism. The camera had 12 images.
Deveau worked at Hartford Hospital, but not with patients. A spokesperson tells News 8, "While we cannot comment on employee matters, we are fully cooperating with police. Safety is one of our core values at Hartford Hospital."
Police also found a large cache of other pictures and video on Deveau's computers.
