MANCHESTER. Conn. (WTNH) -- Drivers who take I-84 and I-291 through Manchester may see some traffic above the road for the next couple of days.
Connecticut Light & Power is using a helicopter to help install some new high-voltage transmission lines.
It's part of a $29 million upgrade in the area.
Parts of the Hockanum River hiking trail will also be closed.
They'll be out there working from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. today through Wednesday.
