WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTNH) -- An odor of gas led to the brief evacuation of a hotel in Windsor Locks this morning.

It's happening at the Ramda Inn on Ella Grasso Turnpike. That's right off the interchange at Route 20 and Route 75.

A smell of gas coming from the kitchen area prompted the evacuation, police said, which occurred around 5:30 a.m.

By 6:15 however the all clear was given and guests returned to their rooms.

There are no reports of anyone injured or going to the hospital.
