Landlord compromise in New Britain

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A compromise has been reached between New Britain and city landlords as the city tries to crack down on blight.

Landlords were in an uproar over new fees that would require out-of-town landlords to register with the city and pay a fee.

The New Britain Herald reports that fee's been reduced from $150 per unit to $50 or less.
