Enfield, Conn. (WTNH) - A big donation was made by a Connecticut company to help build a fun place for children in Enfield and surrounding communities to enjoy.
LEGO, which has its headquarters in Enfield, handed the Rotary Club a check for $250,000 Wednesday.
The donation is to help build an outdoor playground specially designed to accommodate children with disabilities.
The money is expected to cover the entire cost of the new playground, which is going to be built behind the Enfield Library on Middle Road.
They're hoping to break ground in the spring.
