Man shot in the chest in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man was hospitalized after being shot in Hartford Thursday night.

The man was shot once in the chest around 7 p.m., at the Petro Pantry Gas Station on Blue Hills Ave.

He was taken to St. Francis Hospital in stable condition.

Police are searching for the suspect.
