New flights from Bradley, Delta says

Windsor Locks, Conn. (AP) - Delta Airlines says it is adding flights from Bradley International Airport to Las Vegas and
Washington D.C.

The airline, which earlier this week announced it was ending nonstop service from Bradley to Los Angeles, says the new service will begin in October.

Flights to Las Vegas will run on Saturdays, beginning Oct. 2.

The airline says there will be three daily flights between Bradley and Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., beginning on Oct. 31.

Gov. M. Jodi Rell says airline passengers in the Hartford-Springfield market will enjoy cost benefits of increased competition on those routes.
