Parents in favor of education reform

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Another demonstration was held Monday over the Governor's plan for education reform.

This time it was a group of parents who say they are all in favor of the Governor Malloy's plan.

They gathered at the Burr Elementary School in Hartford Monday afternoon to explain why they like the reform ideas that are on the table.

Last week, hundreds of teachers rallied at the State Capitol for two days against the Governor's plan that would revamp teacher tenure.
