Police search for 36-year-old man

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A silver alert has been issued for a 36-year-old male from Hartford.

Alexis Cancel was last seen in the Hungerford St. area around 5:30 p.m. carrying two white plastic bags full of clothes and possibly a black handbag.

Hartford Police say Cancel suffers from bipolar and mood disorders and left where he lives after an anger outburst.

He has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5'8'' and weighs 220 lbs.
