Police: woman last seen leaving cafe

Update from Hartford police: "Denise was located safe and unharmed."


HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are searching for a 39-year-old woman who was last seen exiting a Hartford cafe.

Denise Giannetta was last seen on May 7th, leaving the Greek Cafe, located at 637 Park St., with an unknown male who called himself "Dave."

Giannetta is 5'2" tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs. She has auburn hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white shirt, blue jeans, bronze shoes, and diamond rings.

"Dave" is described as a white man, with dark hair and facial hair, who smokes cigarettes.

Police said Giannetta and "Dave" entered a late model black or dark blue BMW with a light color interior upon leaving the cafe. Their last known direction of travel was eastbound on Park St.
