Red Cross helps victims of house fire

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) -- The Red Cross is helping a few people who were forced out of their home by an early morning fire in New Britain.

Flames broke out at the multi-family home on Hart Street around 4 a.m. Monday morning.

Officials say the fire started inside the house.

Firefighters got the fire under control quickly and no one was seriously hurt.

The Fire Marshall is investigating the cause of the fire.
