GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- Remains that appear to belong to a human were found in Glastonbury Sunday morning, police said.
Shortly after 9:30 a.m. Sunday, police received a 911 call reporting that a woman, who was walking her dog, had found human remains.
Police arrived on scene and found the remains in a shallow grave. The area was secured and an investigation was started.
The remains were found on a dirt trail known as Windham Road.
