HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Hartford police have issued a silver alert for a 45-year-old woman.

Debra Ann Forrest was last seen on June 20 at a shelter on Main Street in Hartford. Police say she left her belongings at the shelter.

The 5'5" black woman is 120 pounds and has brown eyes. She has no hair and no teeth.

Police say Forrest had been living at the shelter since June 5, but she is originally from New York.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black shoes with a small heel.

Police are concerned because she needs to take her medications.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
