Silver Alert for 16-year-old girl

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A missing person report was filed with the East Hartford Police Dept. on Oct 3.

Tanisha Lynn Velez, 16, was last seen on Oct 3, at 1 p.m.

Velez is 5'1" and 161 lbs and has brown eyes and brown curly hair. She was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt, blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.
