ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) -- A substation problem in Rocky Hill has knocked out power to thousands in Wethersfield.
A spokesman for Connecticut Light & Power says crews are working on the problem.
Thirty-five percent of Wethersfield was without power this morning. That is about 4,400 customers. Another 200 customers in Rocky Hill are affected.
Power was restored to all customers by 12:30 p.m.
