Grill sparks fire in Woodbury

WOODBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man was taken to the hospital after a grill fire spread to a home in Woodbury Monday.

The fire broke out at a home located at 456 Flanders Rd.

Officials said the fire started on a grill and eventually spread to the house.

The man operating the grill received burns.

He was taken to Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury.

The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
