Harwinton, Conn. (WTNH) - A missing 16-year-old from Harwinton has been found.

Austin Cyr was on his way to Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford on Thursday, March 8, when officials say he ran away from his worker .

Austin's mother confirmed that he had been located Tuesday saying, "Yes he was found, and we're extremely grateful and thankful to all those who were helpful in the search."
