Bristol, Conn (WTNH) - Three more people faced charges Monday in connection with the death of a Bristol teenager last Wednesday.
Two brothers were already arraigned for the death of Dylan Sherman. On Monday, a brother, a sister, and one of their friends faced a judge.
Jonathan Wilcox, 21, stood silently next to his attorney Patrick Cooney. He is one of five people arrested in connection with the beating death of 19-year-old Dylan Sherman.
"My client is obviously concerned. He's holding up as well as can be expected. With the charges he's facing and the situation that everyone here has been involved in," Cooney said.
Michael Boilard, 26, and his sister, Sarah Boilard, 20, also faced Judge Robert Brunetti Monday for their arraignment.
Last week, Sherman's body was found by a hiker. It had been dumped in the woods in Terryville.
Brothers Michael and Dennis Guerrera were arraigned in court last Thursday. The judge indicated Dennis may soon be charged with murder.
The Boilard's, and Wilcox, were arrested for conspiracy and assault. Wilcox also has an added kidnapping charge.
"This is a complicated case. They each gave statements to authorities this weekend after the arrest. It's not a simple case. I've seen a lot these cases. There's circumstantial evidence here, there's no direct evidence. Nothing in the warrant leads me to believe either one had direct involvement," said Brian Woolf, attorney for the Boilards.
Details of the crime remain sealed. Judge Brunetti set bail at $500,000 each.
Jonathan Wilcox, Sarah Boilard, and Michael Boilard's cases have been moved to New Britain. They will appear in court again next week. The Guererra brothers case, for now, stays in Bristol.
