Daytime home burglaries in Killingworth

Killingworth, Conn. (WTNH) - State Police are investigating a rash of daytime home burglaries in Killingworth.

Sarah Judge contacted News 8 via Report It and said she was one of the victims. She says the thief, or thieves, broke into her Route 80 home and stole two televisions, a laptop, jewelry and even her daughter's piggy banks.

Police remind residents that they should lock their doors, arm their security systems and always report any suspicious activity.
