Haddam, Conn. (WTNH) - A Haddam man was killed early Saturday afternoon after he was struck by large tree branches.
State police say two people were cutting trees on their property on Plains Road when branches struck the man. Police say that the man received severe lacerations and a broken femur as a result.
The man was the transported to Hartford Hospital via Lifestar, where he succumbed to his injuries.
No other information has been released.
