Man injured on train tracks, flown to hospital

Westbrook, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police responded to reports of an injured man on the train tracks in Westbrook Wednesday night.
Initial investigation determined that the man sustained a serious head injury, as the result of a fall.
At this time it is unclear if the man was a passenger who fell from the train.
The man was flown via Lifestar to Yale-New Haven Hospital.
The case is under investigation.
