Middletown Mayor, Deputy Fire Chief speak

    Middletown (WTNH) - Middletown Mayor Sebastian Giuliano and the Deputy Fire Chief held a press conference, Sunday, on the explosion at the Kleen Energy Plant in Middletown.

    The impact, from the explosion, killed five people and have injured at least 12 people.
