(WTNH) -- New York authorities issued an Amber Alert Friday for a boy missing from Marlboro, NY, not far from the Connecticut/New York border.
The Marlboro Police Department has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a confirmed child abduction that occurred on Western Avenue, in Marlboro, NY at about 9:20 AM on 11/16/2012.
The CHILD, Frederick McCluskey is a White male, approximately 4 years 9 months old with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 4 feet tall and weighs about 50 pounds. Frederick was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.. he has a small scar under right eye.
The SUSPECT, Frederick McCluskey is a White male, approximately 27 years old with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The VEHICLE has been identified as a red 2-door sedan 1989 Honda Civic with NY license plate number FHX9276. The vehicle is a hatchback and has a blue and gold version plate.
The SUSPECT was last seen traveling North on Rt 9W.
Suspect abducted child using physical violence following a physical domestic altercation. Suspect has threatened to harm child and himself.
