Baby shot in drive-by returns home

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A baby who was shot during a drive-by in New Haven and rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery earlier this week has returned home.

Tramire Miller was released from Yale-New Haven Hospital on Friday.

The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, on Kensington St.

Tramire was on a front porch with his aunt at the time of the shooting.

The incident remains under investigation.
