Body discovered in Waterbury woods may be missing woman

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are investigating the discovery of a body in a wooded area in Waterbury.
The body was found just before 3 p.m. Thursday, in a wooded area behind 135 Park Terrace.
An autopsy will be performed to identify the body and determine the cause and manner of death. At this time, foul play is not suspected.
Police are investigating the possibility that the body may be that of 62-year-old Barbara Grohs, who was reported missing on July 30th and was last seen on Highland Ave., which is nearby to Park Terrace.
The investigation is ongoing.
